We all have guilty pleasures and I am no exception. One of my favorite guilty pleasures is family owned Burrito King. Located at 900 Illinois Street in Lawrence Kansas. The business is very modest with its walk up window and drive through lanes. The burritos here are phenomenal. The tacos are delicious. They do offer a few vegan and vegetarian options to eat.

Of the delicious food to try at Burrito King my favorite guilty pleasure is the walking nachos. With the Walking Nachos you get your choice of meat (I like to kick the spice up a bit and order the spicy beef.) sour cream, jalapeños, their wonderful queso and your choice of chips, I usually get nacho cheese Doritos.

You will get a white plain styrofoam container but it will be filled with the brim with deliciousness. One bite and you will enjoy this guilty pleasure food. The combination of queso, meat, jalapeños, and sour make a great team! These aren’t your ordinary nachos! Oh no! These bad boys are so thick you have to eat them with a fork! The queso is also practically flowing so do yourself a favor and have some napkins handy!

So if you go to the Burrito King for the Walking Nachos tell them the Kansas Foodie sent you!
